What’s the difference between life coaching and other helping modalities?
Coaching is a unique process that differs from therapy and other professional modalities. I’ll be happy to share these differences with you and based on your needs and timing, help you determine if coaching is currently the best option for you.
What happens during a coaching session?
Every client is a unique individual and therefore, coaching sessions may vary and flow differently for your specific needs. With that said, you bring the agenda and I provide the structure and the processes! Addressing your goal for our session will be paramount, and from there, we will address your thoughts and any internal blocks or external obstacles that may be holding you back from achieving your goals. During sessions, I will use various tools and skills to help you explore ideas and options you may not have ever thought of or didn’t think you were capable of. We will wrap up our session by reviewing progress and determining action items.
How frequently do we have our sessions?
This is entirely up to you, but most clients choose to have weekly or bi-monthly sessions. When the coaching agreement has concluded, many clients choose to continue with monthly or quarterly sessions.
How much does it cost?
The cost varies depending on the package of session and participation in assessments or programs. Please contact us for more information!
What will be required of me?
For your part, showing up, coming with a positive attitude, honesty, and a willingness to grow is key. You’ll want to create the time and make the commitment to be present and complete any action items that that evolve from our sessions. The more committed you are to our sessions, the more supercharged your growth will be!
